of gaming's most enduring heroes have been with us almost from the
start. Even "modern" video game icons like Lara Croft are closing in on
their 20th anniversaries.
From blocky pixels, to pointy polygons, all the way to today's modern
HD graphics, all of our most beloved video game characters have had to
evolve with the times.
